Michael Agustin, MD FCCP
Triple-Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Michael Agustin came to Guam in 2016 after completing a Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at the St. Elizabeth's Medical Center / Tufts University in Boston Massachusetts. He served his residency at the Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, Brown University. He graduated Medical school from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
He has previously served as GRMC's Director of the Intensive Care Unit, Section Head of Pulmonary, Chair of Medicine Department and is now the Director of The GLID Center.

Michele Yamamoto , MD
Double-Board Certified in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Michele Yamamoto came to Guam in 2016 after completing Clinical Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. She served her residency at the Memorial hospital of Rhode Island, Brown University and graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
Dr. Yamamoto serves as GRMC’s Consultant for Infection Control and Chairperson for Antimicrobial Stewardship.

Our Medical Assistants are in charge of patient in-take, appointment scheduling and well as medications and insurance logistics.

Our GLID Nurses staff the Pulmonary and ID subspecialty Clinics. They assist in pleural catheter drainage, severe asthma biologics administration and IV outpatient antibiotic infusions.

Pulmonary Rehab
The Rehab Team received certification for Pulmonary Rehabilitation with the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC) and runs Guam’s first Pulmonary Rehabilitation Unit
